Question about a granuloma on a nose piercing? Yahoo Answers

Aug 27, 2009 · I recently developed what appears to be a granuloma above my nose ring. At first I thought it was a keloid, but I'm fairly certain it's not. The bump is shiny, red, and bleeds very easily. It's not particularly painful either -- just gross. After I do sea salt soaks, I use a Q-tip to swab away the dried crust/scab off of it.
